 Reporting to the CEO, Gary will have responsibility for Publications, E-learning, and Education (extensive seminar program). The three Executive Directors currently in place for those areas will report to him. These three departments employ approximately 40 people, with $19 million in total revenues.

  The priorities for the position are, 1) moving the publication program beyond an accreditation focus, i.e., developing a more pro-active publishing strategy, 2) developing better synergy between the three departments, and 3) growing international sales.
